uPATCH CHECK -Pressing Force

The uPATCH CHECK - Pressing Force is our adjustable microneedle applicator for research purposes. Microneedles can be applied with pre-adjusted pressing forces, ranging from 0 to 98 Newtons. The included controller displays the applied pressing force, pressing speed, adhesion time and more. The uPATCH Patch can easily be snapped onto this microneedle applicator to accommodate almost any microneedle technology.

Adjustable Pressing Force

The uPATCH Check - Pressing Force can apply microneedle patches to a surface with various pressing forces ranging from 0 to 98 Newtons. This can easily be adjusted using the provided controller. 

Universal Patch

The CHECK - Pressing Force uses the universal uPATCH microneedle patch to apply microneedles to the application surface. Many types and sizes of microneedle arrays can be placed on the uPATCH patch. This patch can easily be snapped onto the probe of the device. The CHECK - Pressing Force can therefore be used to apply almost any type of microneedle.

Controllable Approach and Retraction

The Pressing Speed, Pressing Force, Pressing time, Retraction Time and Adhesion time all influence microneedle penetration. These Approach and Retraction parameters can therefore all be controlled by the CHECK - Pressing Force.


Versatile mounting

Depending on the different research methods and situations, the CHECK - Pressing Force can be mounted on either a table or the included base plate. These secure mounting methods ensure the most reliable data for every parameter. 

Controller

The desired parameters can easily be cycled through and adjusted using the controller. The LCD screen displays the applied parameters after each application.
